The story...

Salvirile is an ocean going towing and salvage tug

Built in 2005 at Gui Jiang Shipyard, China. 49.95 metres long, Gross tonnage of 951 tons Crew of up to 30
Two main engines each produce 2500 bhp at 750 rpm driving constant pitch propellers in fixed nozzles.
Bollard pull is 65 tons Maximum speed is 14 knots
Used for oil spill recovery, fire fighting, cargo carriage on the 220 sq. metre free deck space, long range towing.

Classified as: ABS + A1(E) + AMS, 'Towing Services'. IMO: 9363338 . Call sign is 9V6779 Managed by SEMCO PTE Ltd., of Singapore.

Many of modellers built this tug as a ship model, but:

...On receiving this news the 3000 hp salvage tug SALVIRILE was immediately despatched to the location about 16 nm NE of the Horsburgh Lighthouse. SEMCO and SMIT were the only salvors that responded to this incident with each salvor having a salvage tug and a team of salvage personnel at site...

SALVIRILE SOLD TO KENYAN OUTFIT
The 2005 built Singaporean registered with call sign 9V6779 tug Salvirile (Imo 9363338 – 5,000 bhp) has been sold to CPC Consolidated Pipe Carriers, Singapore and is reportedly now operating in Kenyan waters, managed by Kenya Marine Contractors. Fearnley Offshore Supply said the vessel has been renamed CPC SOAVE.
The on the Guangxi Guijiang Shipyard Wuzhou, China built tug is owned and managed by Posh Semco – Singapore. She has a grt of 951 tons and a dwt of 892 tons and classed American Bureau of Shipping. (Source: OSO; Photo: Shipspotting-Ocean One) ...

... By my oppinion CPC SOAVE looks exactly like tug SALVIRILE from above presented salvage photo...
